CLEARFIELD, Pa. (GANT) – On Jan. 18, Clearfield Borough police arrested 28-year-old Joseph K. Gregory of Winburne on theft of a firearm, drug and related charges.

According to the police report, officers were dispatched to Clearfield Street where a male, later identified as Gregory, was passed out inside a vehicle.
At the scene, police discovered the vehicle did not belong to Gregory, and when he was removed, there was allegedly a handgun tucked into his waistband that he’d removed from the vehicle.
Police say Gregory was impaired and transported to Clearfield County Jail. He was arraigned with his bail being set at $75,000 and a preliminary hearing scheduled for Jan. 27 during centralized court.
