Diane Marie Ellis, 77, passed away on Saturday, March 6, 2021, at Elk Haven Nursing Home.
Born July 6, 1943, in DuBois, she was the daughter of the late Lennard and Sarah (Fritz) Sawyer.
On June 29, 1963, she married James Ellis. Together they celebrated 57 years of marriage.
Diane graduated from DuBois Area High School. She was a homemaker. Diane was a member of the Brockway Church of God. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by a son, Stephen Ellis, PA, and a sister, Sally Meckley of N.C.
A private graveside service was held. A memorial service is planned for a future date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Adamson Funeral Chapel & Crematorium.
