According to a criminal complaint, around 5:38 p.m. on March 10, Franklin-based State Police initiated a traffic stop at a location in Cranberry Township.

The complaint states during the stop, a woman later identified as Tamera Gillen provided false identifying information. Gillen then reportedly suffered a medical incident and was treated by EMS then transported to UPMC Northwest for evaluation.
