Woman Jumps From Vehicle During Violent Domestic Incident

FALLS CREEK BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) – Police say a woman jumped out of a vehicle in Clearfield County during a violent domestic incident that began in Falls Creek Borough.

Court documents indicate the Clearfield-based State Police filed criminal charges against 32-year-old Jade Micheal Brennan, of Falls Creek.

According to a criminal complaint, it was reported that around 5:00 p.m. on September 12, a known victim went to a residence belonging to Jade Micheal Brennan in Falls Creek Borough and began gathering some of her belongings.

According to the complaint, while the victim was at the residence, Brennan grabbed her dog, got into her van, and then coerced her into the vehicle by threatening to harm her dog. Once the victim was in the vehicle, Brennan reportedly began screaming at her and hitting her.

The complaint indicates the victim told Brennan to get out of her vehicle so she could go home, and Brennan then drove away from the residence, still screaming at the victim. He then reportedly struck the victim again, and she subsequently passed out and awoke with Brennan accelerating and saying he was going to crash her vehicle.

According to the complaint, the victim then grabbed her dog and jumped out of the vehicle in the area of Deer Creek Road and Rover Hill Road in Graham Township, Clearfield County. She was found a short time later by two individuals who saw her and stopped to offer assistance.

Brennan then drove past the victim and the other individuals and they attempted to get him to stop, but he sped away, the complaint notes.
