CRANBERRY TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Felony charges have been filed against two local men accused of breaking into a residence in Cranberry Township and stealing $250.00 worth of tools.

Court documents indicate the Franklin-based State Police filed criminal charges against 39-year-old Ryan Matthew Young, of Pleasantville, and 39-year-old Chad Kenneth Martin, of Oil City.

According to a criminal complaint, around 10:45 a.m. on October 17, Ryan Matthew Young and Chad Kenneth Martin arrived at a residence on US 322 in Cranberry Township, Venango County, in a black Toyota sedan.
