Clara A. Molt

Clara A. Molt, 82, of Sigel, died Wednesday evening, March 29, 2023 with her loved ones at her bedside following a period of declining health.

Born October 11, 1940 in Brookville, she was the daughter of the late Curtis M. Strawcutter, Sr. and Mary R. Silvis Strawcutter.

She was first married to Harry Glenn, Jr. and after his passing she then married David E. Molt.

He preceded her in death as well.

Prior to her retirement she worked at Snyder Memorial Home in Marienville.

She enjoyed flowers, listening to the sound of her wind chimes, her dog, Mya, camping and fishing at Lake Erie, but she LOVED spending time with her family.

Those surviving are her 6 children, MaryAnn Glenn, Donna Neiswonger, Debbie Brown, Tammy (Jerry) Park Conn, Tom (Tina) Glenn, JoAnn Glenn; former son-in-law, Max Neiswonger; former daughter-in-law, Kim Glenn; her sister, Ruth (Emmett) Harder; 12 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

In addition to her parents and both husbands she was preceded in death by her 5 brothers and 2 sisters; her sons-in-law, Keith Park and Brad Craft; as well as her grandson, Michael Park.

Furlong Funeral Home, 50 Broad St., Summerville, Pa has been entrusted with the final arrangements for Mrs. Molt.

Private services will be held for her immediate family.

Interment will be in Mt. Tabor Cemetery, Sigel, Jefferson County.
