Patricia Marie (Lewis) Smith was reunited with her loving husband, Robert Elwood Smith, who passed March 6th, 2012.
She was born and raised in Clarion.
She moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1993, where she lived out the remainder of her life.
Their family and friends celebrate the lives they lived and the love they gave.
Their youngest daughter, Elizabeth Ann (“Buffy”) Smith, passed in 1977.
Buffy’s passing taught all of us to unselfishly pursue happiness and to extend that happiness to all those in our lives.
Mom and dad provided all of us with what we needed to succeed in life with respect to others and to do it with dignity.
