Bill was born August 20th 1964 in Ellwood City.

This year he celebrated 25 years of marriage to his wife, Nancy.

Bill often shared that his greatest honor in life was having the privilege to be Forest Madison and Archer’s father.

He was extremely involved with their daily lives and was dedicated to providing a world full of love, not only for his family but for his community as well.

Bill was a volunteer coach for almost every youth sports team his children played on.

Bill dedicated his time to growing these programs that created opportunities for local aspiring athletes from the Clarion Area for his love of his own kids.

You would find Bill present at every event, performance and of course, under the stadium lights at every high school and college game cheering on his son or daughter.

Bill would entertain all the neighborhood kids with the best summer time campfires and pool parties, being considered a second dad to many of his children’s friends, even to this day.

He was the best chauffeur in the famous gold mini-van transporting his daughter and her friends wherever they requested.

Bill was an avid outdoorsman spending quality time with his son hunting and fishing at their camp.

Bill was the family chef and took great pride in his garden and loved to can his produce.

Bill’s love was patient, kind, humble, honest, forgiving, faithful and selfless.

Bill’s faith in the Lord was his guiding stone through life.

After a hard-fought battle for life, Bill is now resting peacefully in his heavenly home after being greeted by his Lord with the words: “Well done my good and faithful servant.”

Bill is survived by his wife Nancy Andrews Mills, and his two children Forest Madison Andrews Mills and William Archer Andrews Mills.

He is also survived by his siblings Sherry Smilek, Patricia (Lynn) Gelles, Kim Henry, David Mills and countless nieces and nephews.
