McDowell Speech & Debate Team is celebrating great achievments & top finishes from their recent qualifying tournament, Three Rivers Tournament of Champions hosted by Upper St. Clair! The Policy Debate Team of juniors, Mia Liu & Lily Jones, finished 1st place after a double round-robin tournament with multiple wins over Pittsburgh Central Catholic & Upper St. Clair.
