Authorities, Family Members Searching for Local Teen Last Seen on Wednesday

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Authorities are searching for an 18-year-old who was last seen in Franklin on Wednesday evening.

According to Franklin Police Chief Kevin Anundson, a B.O.L.O. (be on the lookout) was issued for 18-year-old Cierra Wing on Thursday morning, March 14.

Wing was last seen leaving her residence on Dale Avenue in Franklin, Venango County, around 9:45 p.m. on Wednesday, February 13.

She is approximately 5’4″ tall, approximately 138 pounds, with short brown hair, and brown eyes.

Family members told exploreVenango.com that Wing left her cell phone at her residence, and it had been factory reset.

It is believed Wing traveled to the Oil City area and was reportedly with an unknown man near the Wye Bridge.

Chief Anundson said local agencies have been advised to alert Franklin Police if they see someone matching Wing’s description. However, he indicated formal search parties have not yet been organized.
