William H. Brezenski

William H. Brezenski, 88, Reynoldsville, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2024, at Penn Highlands Brookville.

Born February 25, 1936, in Reynoldsville, he was the son of the late Dorothy M. (Frank) Brezenski.

On December 3, 1957, he married Maxine (McGranor) Brezenski at the Presbyterian Chapel in Reynoldsville. She survives.

William graduated from Reynoldsville High School and served in the U.S. Marines.

For 40 years, he was employed by McDowell Manufacturing in the Maintenance Department.

In his younger years, William loved playing baseball.

He enjoyed woodworking, gardening, and helping neighbors with projects.

William was a member of Rathmel Sportsmen’s Club and First Baptist Church of Reynoldsville.

In addition to his wife, William is survived by three children, Lori (Stanley) Waseleski, Brockway, William D. Brezenski, Brunswick, ME, and Patrick Brezenski, Reynoldsville; two grandchildren, Mike and Chris Waseleski; three great-grandchildren, Chase, Aiden, and Myles Waseleski; as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

William was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Mary Louise and Susan, and brothers, Thomas and Michael.

Friends and family will be received Monday, April 22, 2024, from 9-11 a.m. from the Adamson Funeral Chapel and Crematorium.

Military honors will be accorded by the DuBois Area Honor Guard at 10:30 a.m.

At 11 a.m., a funeral service will be held from the funeral chapel with Pastor Robin Fernandez officiating.

Interment will be in Lakelawn Memorial Park.
