Linda (Stellabuto) Felton Young Conser

Linda (Stellabuto) Felton Young Conser, 76, of Punxsutawney, died Friday, April 19, 2024, at Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh.

She was born May 22, 1947, in Punxsutawney, a daughter of the late Margaret (Lorelli) and Antonio Stellabotta.

She is survived by her husband, Harry Conser, and was preceded in death by two husbands, Merle “Pete” Felton and Thomas Young.

Linda loved life and her church.

She never went in a store without complimenting a stranger about a hairdo or nice shoes or a cute baby.

She had many hobbies like making wreaths and painting on wood, slate, and glass.

She also loved yard sales and craft shows.

Her latest hobby was painting on rocks and canvas’ and donating baskets for benefits.

She loved sloths and collected many. She desired to meet one in person and pet and feed one, which she got to do.

Linda is survived by two sons, Mark Felton and wife Shawnda and Troy Young and wife Denise; two grandchildren, Meghen Filler and husband Dylan and Thomas Pisoni; also surviving her are her great-grandchildren, who were the highlights of her life, Liam and Easton Filler; a sister Geraldine Troutman and husband Clarence; many nieces and nephews; stepdaughters, Lorie Buffington and husband Scott, Linda Jane Hartzfeld and husband Bill, Penny Conser, Amy Shaffer, and husband Barry, and Brad Warrick and wife Peggy; sister-in-law Jane Resse; and many step-grandchildren; and several best friends.

In addition to her husbands and parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters: Jim and Helen, Bill and Marie, Dick and Doris, Eugene and Delores, John and Shirley, Amelia Thompson, Caroline and Arnold Ritchey, Rita Heckman, and a special friend and mentor Anna Whitman.

Friends will be received from 2 to 6 p.m., Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at the One Life Church in Punxsutawney.

A funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation beginning at 6 p.m., with Pastor Guy Smith officiating.
