This celebration of womanhood, wellness, and empowerment promises a morning filled with informative classes, resources, giveaways, and snacks provided by CORE Goods.

- Young at Heart Yoga (9:00-9:20 a.m.): Kickstart your day with a rejuvenating yoga session. Find tranquility and strength as you connect mind, body, and spirit.
- Westover Protection Self-Defense (10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.): Empower yourself with practical self-defense skills. Learn techniques to enhance personal safety and confidence.
