John Allen Chambers II

John Allen Chambers II, age 21, of East Hickory, PA, passed away at his home on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.

He was born October 24, 2002 in Warren, PA.

John was an excellent tattoo artist and loved his job as a tattooist at Proper Inks Underground Tattoos of Seneca, PA.

Designing and creating tattoos was his passion.

He also worked at various other places before he landed what he considered his dream job/career.

John lived his life to the fullest.

Along with tattooing he loved skateboarding.

He so much enjoyed being surrounded by his family and friends.

You would see John being the life of any party.

He was always willing to give a helping hand.

He faced any problem head on.

He was a kind, loving, strong willed, honest, respectful and talented young man.

He loved to travel and wanted to see the world.

He looked at each day as a new adventure.

John is survived by his immediate family; parents – John and Carissa Chambers along with his two brothers and sister, Tristan, Gabriel and Olivia, all of East Hickory.

He is also survived by his maternal grandparents, Rick and Carol Witherell of Tionesta, PA; paternal grandparents, Frank Chambers and his fianceé Penny Jordan of Tarpon Springs, Florida. His paternal great-grandmother, Georganne Chambers of Mentor, Ohio. Numerous aunts and uncles including Shawn Witherell and Angela Tucker of Tionesta; Nathaniel and Nicole Witherell, also of Tionesta; Kristen Moyer and her fiancé Dale Magnum of Oil City, PA; Christopher and Kayla Chambers of Warren; Marshall McCumber and his fianceé Mollie Mechling, also of Warren, along with many cousins and extended aunts and uncles.

John is also survived by his mother, Tillie Matsock and Josh Young of Warren. Siblings, Desirea Matsock, Cameron Williams, and Nakya Young.

There will be no public visitation.

A celebration of John’s life will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024, 5:00 PM, at the Tionesta Firehall 116 Walnut St. Tionesta, PA 16353.

Burial will be at the East Hickory Cemetery.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta.
