Martha J. “Dottie” Resinger, 94, DuBois Village, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Born May 23, 1929, in Titusville, she was the daughter of the late Fred X. and Hallie (Eshbaugh) Miller.
On September 20, 1948, she married Isaac L. “Ike” Resinger in Titusville. He preceded her in death in 2009.
Dottie graduated from Titusville High School in 1947.
She was a member of First United Presbyterian Church.
Dottie is survived by her three children, Lee Anne (John) Walker, DuBois, Holly J. Moseley, Sheppton, PA, and David L. (Connie) Resinger, DuBois; four grandchildren, Gretchen Pennington, Rebecca Cerio, Angela Coleman, and Darrin Resinger; as well as seven great-grandchildren.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three sisters and a son-in-law, Jim Moseley.
Friends and family will be received Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. from the Adamson Funeral Chapel and Crematorium.
Following the visitation, a Service of Remembrance will be held at 4:00 p.m. from the funeral chapel with LaMarr Adamson CLP officiating.
Memorial donations may be made to the Gateway Humane Society or the organization of the donor’s choice.
