Indiana County Man Wanted by State Police

PINE TWP., Pa. — A Clymer man is wanted by the Pennsylvania State Police on five arrest warrants for incidents this year in Indiana County.

Randy Wilson Bertuzzi, 44, is wanted for violations of a protection from abuse order reported to have occurred on March 24, March 27, and April 15, respectively. He is also wanted for an assault on March 22 and a burglary on March 27.

Each incident was reported to have occurred at a residence at 14705 Ben Franklin Highway in Pine Township where the adult female victim resides.

In addition to the three protection from abuse order violations, Bertuzzi is charged with felony counts of burglary and criminal trespass, misdemeanor counts of simple assault, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, and unauthorized use of automobiles and other vehicles, and summary counts of criminal mischief and harassment.

Bertuzzi is described as a white, non-Hispanic male, approximately 5’03” tall and 180 lbs. and bald with hazel eyes.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact 911.

Additionally, a person found to be harboring or aiding Bertuzzi in avoiding apprehension will be charged with a violation of Title 18, Section 5105, hindering apprehension or prosecution, which may be graded as a felony offense.
