Inez Tucker

A cherished soul who graced our lives, Inez was born on March 7, 1939, in West Hickory to the late Raymond A. and Mae G Wilson Tucker.

Inez spent many years at Polk Center, Pennsylvania where she was well cared for and loved by the staff.

Later, she found fun and friendship at Lakeshore in Warren and her final chapter unfolded at Kinzua in Warren where she touched hearts until the very end.

Inez had a penchant for nostalgia, delighting in the timeless allure of classic TV series.

She was an original binge-watcher, immersing herself in the captivating narratives of VHS and DVD box sets.

The flicker of old shows illuminated her evenings.

But it wasn’t just the screen that held her attention.

Inez was an avid observer of life—the ebb and flow of humanity.

She found joy in people-watching, savoring the intricate tapestry of human existence.

On sun-kissed days, she’d sit outside, the breeze caressing her face, as she absorbed the world around her.

And then there were the dances. Oh, how she loved to watch them!

Inez would attend, her eyes sparkling, as she watched others twirl.

The dance floor became her canvas, and every step painted a memory.

But above all, Inez cherished her family—not just the bonds of blood, but the connections forged through care and compassion.

Her Direct Care Staff and workers became her extended family, their unwavering support a testament to love’s enduring power.

They tended to her needs and held her hand through life’s twists and turns.

Inez Tucker leaves behind a legacy of love.

She touched hearts, left footprints on our souls, and reminded us that life’s beauty lies in the simplest moments.

As we bid her farewell, we celebrate the joy she brought and the love she shared.

May her spirit dance among the stars, forever etched in our memories.

She will be missed by her niece, Tabitha (Tammy) Tucker and Nephew, James L Tucker Sr.

She is survived by her brother, Carl Tucker of Warren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Services will be private to the family.

Interment will be at Jerusalem Corners Cemetery.
