MERCER CO., Pa. (EYT) – Police say charges are pending against a man who allegedly pointed a loaded bow and arrow at his wife and young children late last month.
The incident reportedly took place around 2:11 p.m. on March 26 at a residence on Stevenson Road in Salem Township, Mercer County.
According to Mercer-based State Police, the incident began when a known 30-year-old Greenville man became angry with his family.
Police say the man then pointed a loaded bow and arrow in the direction of his wife, identified as a 31-year-old Greenville woman, and their found young children, ages six, four, three, and one.
Assault charges are pending.
The name of the accused was not released.
