BURRELL TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Police are investigating an incident where a Blairsville man allegedly recorded another man in a public restroom in Burrell Township on Wednesday.
According to Indiana-based State Police, the incident happened around 4:40 p.m. on Wednesday, November 10m at the Sheetz store on Route 22, in Burrell Township, Indiana County.
Police say the victim, identified as a known 24-year-old man from Mount Union, observed another man, identified as a 25-year-old man from Blairsville, aiming a cell phone camera at him while they were using toilets next to each other in the men’s restroom in the Sheetz store.
According to police, it is believed that the suspect took a photograph or recorded video footage of the victim while the victim was using the toilet.
